Q: How do I order lunches?
A: All lunches must be ordered online, at least 48 hours in advance. After setting up your online account, you may purchase as few or as many lunches as you choose form the menu. Menus will be posted in blocks of time and will be available online two weeks prior to the beginning of the menu block.
Q: What is the price for each meal?
A: Starting this year, we have one large size meal available.The price is $5.95. The large size lunches include a larger portion entree from previous years as well as a fresh green salad.
Q: What is the deadline for placing orders online?
A: Orders online must be placed 48 hours before the day of the meal. For example: Monday's lunch must be ordered by midnight on Saturday of the previous week. We recommend you print a copy of your order at checkout for your daily reference. You will no longer be able to order a lunch the day of.
Q: How do I cancel or change a meal?
A: To cancel a meal, log in to your account. On the main page there is an "Order History" section. Click on the order, you will see a link to "Cancel" next to the days in which you have ordered. Click on this link and confirm that you would like to cancel this meal. Once a meal has been canceled, a credit for the value of the meal(s) will be added to your account for future use. For changing orders, you must cancel the meal the same way and reorder, this should not require a new credit card transaction.
Q: What if I forgot to order lunch for today?
A: If you forgot to place an order please pack a lunch for your child.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Canceled meals must be done 72 hours in advance and will result in a credit on your school lunch account. This credit will automatically be applied to your next order. There are no refunds.
Q: Is my information safe?
A: We will not sell or disclose any contact information submitted through our site to any third party. All personal information will be kept confidential. We will only use your contact information to correspond with you about important matters concerning our lunch program.
